Ingredients:
- 2 racks of St. Louis ribs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Butcher Paper
- 1 bottle of Florida Man's Lunacy Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce
Instructions:
Prepare the Ribs
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if it's still attached.
- Season the ribs generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Preheat the Smoker
- Set your smoker to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and allow it to preheat.
Smoke the Ribs
- Once the smoker is ready, place the seasoned ribs on the grate.
- Smoke the ribs for 3 hours, maintaining the temperature at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to taste.
Wrap Butcher Paper
- After smoking for 3 hours, remove the ribs from the smoker.
- Wrap each rack tightly in butcher paper.
Return to Smoker
- Place the foiled ribs back in the smoker and continue smoking for an additional 2 hours at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
- After the ribs have smoked for a total of 5 hours (3 hours unwrapped, 2 hours wrapped), carefully unwrap them.
- Brush the ribs generously with Florida Man's Lunacy Roasted Garlic BBQ sauce on both sides.
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and cook ribs uncovered for 30 mins allowing the sauce to caramelize and create a flavorful glaze.
Serve and Enjoy!
- Once done, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for about 20 minutes before slicing.
