FML Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce Smoked Ribs

Prepare the Ribs

  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if it's still attached.
  • Season the ribs generously with salt and pepper on both sides. 

Preheat the Smoker

  • Set your smoker to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and allow it to preheat. 

Smoke the Ribs

  • Once the smoker is ready, place the seasoned ribs on the grate.
  • Smoke the ribs for 3 hours, maintaining the temperature at 250 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to taste.

Wrap Butcher Paper

  • After smoking for 3 hours, remove the ribs from the smoker.
  • Wrap each rack tightly in butcher paper.

Return to Smoker

  • Place the foiled ribs back in the smoker and continue smoking for an additional 2 hours at 250 degrees Fahrenheit. 
Remove from Smoker
  • After the ribs have smoked for a total of 5 hours (3 hours unwrapped, 2 hours wrapped), carefully unwrap them.
  • Brush the ribs generously with Florida Man's Lunacy Roasted Garlic BBQ sauce on both sides. 
  • Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and cook ribs uncovered for 30 mins allowing the sauce to caramelize and create a flavorful glaze. 

Serve and Enjoy!

  • Once done, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for about 20 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the delicious smoked ribs with extra BBQ sauce on the side and enjoy!
